Sausage Making Classes now available (minimum 4 people maximum of 6)
If you have ever wondered how we produce our amazing sausages and fancy your hand at stuffing and linking the sausages these classes are for you. Taking place on the first Tuesday of each month (numbers permitting) to include a sausage supper and a glass of wine.
£25.00 per person and you will be able to take home some of the sausages you have made too!

Brand new BBC afternoon show - Home Away From Home
Look out for Michael in the first episode of a brand new BBC afternoon show called Home Away From Home. Michael will be teaching the contestants how to make sausages. Showing on Monday 29th September at 3.45 on BBC1.
Michael's Butchery Masterclass
Taking place on the first Monday of each month starting at 2pm on Monday 8th September. A small group of students will be shown a particular skill each month, such as boning and rolling, portion a chicken to get best value, using old fashioned cuts for slower cooking and fuller flavour, sausage making of course and knife skills and care of your equipment.
All classes are by appointment only and will cost £20.00 per person. The sessions should last 2 hours and will include refreshments. Please do get in touch for any further information or to reserve a place. Also available as a gift voucher or hen and stage evenings by arrangement.

Paralympian Stephanie Millward's Sausage
On Saturday 2nd March there is to be a parade in honour of paralympian Stephanie Millward (she lives in Corsham) who won 4 silver medals and 1 bronze medal at the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
The parade starts at 11.30am and at 12.00 she will be given the Freedom of the Town. There is free parking in Corsham all that day!
In Stephanie's honour we are creating a sausage for her which will be on sale. Using her ideas for flavours we have created The Stephanie Millward Sausage available to buy online.
A new Diamond Jubilee sausage added to our range
Our new sausage is called The Coranation Sausage! Created especially to celebrate our Queens Diamond Jubilee.
Did you know that Coronation Chicken was in fact created 60 years ago to celebrate the Coronation so we have taken this to another level and created a sausage using fresh, free range chicken, curry paste, creme fresh, mayonaise, mango chutney, lemon juice and a little bit of ginger.
Great on the BBQ or slow cooked in the oven. The taste is that of the best Coronation Chicken with just enough heat to give a little kick and you can now buy The Coronation Sausage online.
Peter completes his apprenticeship
Peter has received his certificates for passing his apprenticeship. He is now a fully qualified butcher.
